For the cake: ‘00’ soft wheat flour, candied orange peels (16%), butter, pasteurised egg yolks, sugar, natural mother yeast (‘00’ soft wheat flour, water), white chocolate (cocoa butter, whole powdered milk, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, aromas, glucose syrup), acacia honey, candied tangerine paste, salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
For the glaze: sugar, almond, fresh pasteurised egg whites, rice starch.
