Shipping
Fontego dei Sapori ships in 48/72 hours from the receipt of your order, from Monday to Friday. Orders received during the weekend are processed on the following Monday.
The transport is entrusted to our trusted courier.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the actual total weight of the product (gross weight).
The customer, upon receipt of the goods, must check that the goods are not damaged. In case of breakages, the customer must refuse the damaged package and return it to the courier.
If the package is rejected by the customer, it automatically returns to us. We therefore recommend that you notify anyone who will receive it for you. The courier will instead leave a notice to collect it at its location if it does not find anyone.
PLEASE NOTE: it is advisable to have the package sent to an address where, during working hours, someone is always present.
