PEPERITA
The PEPERITA farm is located in the heart of Tuscany near Bolgheri, in the municipality of Bibbona in the province of Livorno. It operates in one of the flat areas of the Upper Maremma not far from the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea, where it enjoys a temperate climate for a long period of the year.
The ingredients used for the production of PEPERITA articles are all grown on the farm in an organic / biodynamic regime with self-production of earthworm humus. This choice was made following the evidence of recent scientific results which showed how basic it is, for the final taste, to use humus to “feed” the plant with natural elements from germination to fruit harvest.
In fact, PEPERITA products are not only spicy, but are endowed with characteristic aromas for each variety and are able to accompany any dish, sweet or savory, enhancing its basic characteristics.
