Infermentum’s interpretation of the Torta di Rose, a typical desert from Mantua, also cherished here in Verona. Mother yeast encounters the softness of butter and the coarseness of sugar to bring lightness to a dough scented with orange and vanilla.
The Torta di Rose is at its best when served warm, as if it had just been baked. This creates a crunchy topping with a soft and delicate centre for an extraordinary taste experience.
